I am a host/landlord and have been using this company for my cleaning needs. They have made multiple mistakes; I have caught them missing basic things on the cleaning checklist that they provided and cleaning the wrong unit when I have a guest checking in that day.

The last draw for me was when my guest checked in and sent me pictures of the sheets covered in dog hair. This company went for an air Bnb flip and they did not even change the sheets. Talk about cutting corners. This clean cost me 286 dollars.
At 10 at night I had to send my guest new sheets from Instacart and refund them the cleaning fee. Which costs me another 210 dollars unexpectedly.
