I love this company. They are truly amazing.They exhibit great customer service, timely responses, and the level of cleaning is truly superb. I was am always excited for Mondays because I know I will walk into a sparkling clean home. I highly recommend this company to anyone who interested. Chose them, you won't be disappointed.

Hired for a vacation rental cleaning. Very difficult to work with. The cleaning crew did a very poor job: did not vacuum entire home, put dirty comforters back on the bed, left chairs and pillows in an untidy way, did not mop home.

I had high expectations - the owner met me at the home and went over in detail everything her crews would do. Very little actually got done. They had to come back a total of three times.

Everyone at the company is very nice but they are lacking manpower, have poor communication, and have hired cleaners that do not care about job performance.

Michelle has been taking care of my house for several months and I can't say enough about how satisfied how she's done the job. Always on time, always meticulous, always flexible when I needed to change dates. Highly recommend Cris's Cleaning Service and Michelle in particular.

We hire criss cleaning due to our other cleaning company cancel on us last min. They sent Gerardo and Sage, they worked very efficient. They barely talked. We barely knew they were at our home. We communicated with Talina any of our needs and they passed on the message to their team. At first I was not sure this would work. But after the team ended the job we loved them. And it works how they work. Communicate through the office. I love this team. We signed up for our weekly service.

Our office requested a quote from cris and in a few minutes we got a call. They dispatch a sales person and did a walk through. We got a price the same day. We sign up with crisis service and we have been enjoying coming to our studio and being clean. We should of hire them awhile ago.

We have been using Cris’s services for about 6 months now . They come weekly to clean our office. Every time is right on spot. They do a deep clean once a month. They are always on time. And send us reminders of their arrival. They have sent several teams and each one has done amazing.
