Bit disappointed with this service.

They should require people to have a cleaning list for their short term rentals and photos of how things should look like.

First clean was ok.

Second clean was mediocre. Crayons left on the floor, sinks weren’t properly scrubbed. And much more.

I had to come back to my unit to continue cleaning because things were so off. Beds weren’t done correctly.

There’s room for improvement, disappointed in the mediocrity.

We hired Cris’s cleaning for our move out of temporary housing. We had already moved out of the house, all furniture was gone and an initial cleaning was done including a deep clean on the oven, refrigerator and microwave as well as some other areas of the house. They were made aware of what did and did not need to be done. ( I had taken a video of everything in the house and what was already clean for) At the 2 hour mark, they called and said that they need more time because all the time was spent on the oven, refrigerator, microwave and vacuuming. I informed them that they were told what not to do and asked why they spent the allotted time on things that were already done. I was told that they would finish the rest of the house for only an additional 45 minutes charge to me. After they left I checked on the house to find that the floors had not been mopped, in a big section of the...

Cris’ and Company have been our house cleaners off and on for almost seven years! Such a blessings to not have to worry about cleaning our house on our days off! If I ever need to reschedule they are flexible. In the two times (in seven years) something was missed during the clean they were extremely responsive and fixed it right away! You would be amazed what they did to our oven and refrigerator after the holidays too!

I was overwhelmed when I found out I was about to have an unexpected group of visitors coming Sunday night. Called Cris’s Saturday mid-day and they were able to send me a crew early morning Sunday for a full clean including change of bedding, clean out of refrigerator, wet wipe down of blinds, swept up leaves on front and back porches. Exceptionally happy with the results! So much so, I’ve booked them for Christmas week before another dozen visitors expected!
