I have used this company in the past and was impressed, however this time around was very disappointing.
I paid for a move out clean and was promised that my air vent cover, washer and dryer and major appliances would be cleaned and it was not.
After paying for a “move out” clean I am now back at the apartment I moved out of today to re-clean it.
Not only was my apartment not cleaned as promised but both workers arrived 1 hour late which set me behind my move out schedule. They were scheduled for 7 am and did not arrive until 8am.
It’s unfortunate but I will not be using this company for any of my future cleaning needs based on my experience today.
I was given a phone call by a customer service rep for Cris’s cleaning services, who was NOT on sight, she asked me to go look at the apartment while the cleaners were still there to assess if everything...
