I was told the cleaning would be $150 with a $50 deposit to be applied to the total. I upgraded the cleaning to the $250 deep cleaning but I was charged $400 total. This was a vacant one bedroom.
Not all the windows were cleaned. All the blinds were pulled up by the cleaners and they put none of the blinds back down.

I do a lot of work with Cris's cleaning service. Her and her crew are the only ones I trust to work on my properties while I'm not there. I highly recommend this company!

Hired for a deep cleaning- barely did a regular cleaning. Wanted a little extra cleaning for the house with company coming in for a few weeks and one less thing on my to do list.
For a deep clean with 2 people it should have been a lot cleaner-
- they did not clean the shower head in the master bathroom - went to take a shower and there was dust on the shower head - they never even touched it.
- they did not clean the tiles in the master bathroom's shower or around the tub
-they did not clean the tub completely - left residue
- they did not clean under the standing shower rack or nook in the shower
(Items could have been easily moved)
- master bathroom shower glass doors were not completely clean
- kitchen sink was not completely cleaned and stains were left that I cleaned up myself with soap and a paper towel.
