Really wish I could do this one over, please read this review before you decide on a company, as this was not a cheap mistake on my part.
Scheduled a cleaning for 3/25, expected 2 cleaners for 2 hours would be fine for a move out clean from a rental. Got my text in the morning they would arrive between 11am - 1pm, no one showed up until almost 2pm after I had to call to ask and was given a 5-minute ETA by dispatch.
I'll save you the rest, I was billed 5 minutes over the next hour which I have a discrepancy with the completion time, resulting in a 15-minute incremental charge at their rate.
I'll just leave a portion of the photos I sent the company, showing the results of a 3:15 billed cleaning - and they agreed, this is not clean. The staff is friendly and offered to come back out at no charge, but I declined due to circumstances vacating....
