I was pleased with the communication between the office and me from the moment I asked about pricing to the moment the cleaning was complete. However, there was a miscommunication between the office and the cleaners and although I had hired them for a move-out cleaning, they only did a basic cleaning. But even the basic cleaning was not done very well. After several phone calls, they did send the cleaners back out and they did a good job that time. In the end, it was all OK but it was a very stressful day going back and forth with phone calls and having to unlock the home for them to come and go.
