Caution FRAUD/SCAM company. Be very careful with this company. Service was scheduled to be done on 8/6. Company billed card on file the full price and then sent a crew out on 8/5 at 830am. When we called to clear up the mix up company was rude, said ‘to bad, you will have to pay a second time tomorrow’… when in fact it was their mistake.
To be clear, I haven’t had more than a brief phone conversation with this company. When I called ‘they had to check on things because they don’t work the weekend’ and stated they would call me back. I did not use any vulgar language at any time. They never called back.
The company did in fact commit fraud, when they charged a my credit card without my permission.
There housekeeping staff showed up 24 hours early. It’s unfortunate they can’t manage there staff and scheduled.
