Average. Set an appointment time and then learned later it is a window of time. Had to adjust schedule for it. No one mentioned that. They said they would apply a small credit for the confusion. Not sure if that was credited. The cleaning crew were very hard workers but need some training. Vacuuming floors rather than sweeping them left a lot of dirt behind. Filthy under the cabinets areas of the floor. Using dirty rags/water over and over adds to the problem. Prefer flat rate rather than hourly costs. That can add additional costs.
