RUN FORREST RUN!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NEVER DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS!

Per my first-hand experiences with them, this company is full of lies and craps! During my strategy call, the guy explained to me that the $2,999 ($497 per month for 6 months) they're charging me will be reported to all four major business credit reporting agencies (Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax Business, Experian Business, and CreditSafe). I requested a full refund in less than 30 days (both verbally and in written communications), but up until today, it was all to no avail. Instead, they kept attempting to charge my card on file when i already requested account cancellation and FULL REFUND???

I am a current member and do not recommend. My previous review has been deleted. I do not understand how or why honest reviews are deleted from Google. I expressed my concerns upon joining and my written request to cancel and to get a refund was ignored. After my first 30 days, I was told I couldn't cancel since 30 days had passed. I was never provided this information until after the first 30 days ended. I made my initial request in writing and verbally over the phone multiple times and was completely ignored as if there was no way to cancel after joining. I had high hopes for this program and initially felt like Credit Suite cared about the success of my business. After joining I was pushed into a call center environment with representatives from outside of the US. They are very dismissive, rude, condescending, and abrasive. I’m so happy and surprised at the results I’m getting! I knew I’d get some credit, but so far I’ve been able to get approved for every account I’ve applied for. I think it’s great for them to explain why I’m getting denied, then show me what to fix to get approved. They REALLY know their stuff!
