No communication. They said got something off of my credit and was expecting payment, however that same creditor was still sending me notices, and it still showed on my report. Not a good experience. Sad. I had high hopes for them.

Credit Solution Programs Inc Replied: It's because your account was sold to a third party collection company. We removed the collection company that owned the account, which doesn't make the original creditor automatically removed as well.
