I called lyle about 3 months ago to do some home work and ask questions he was very informative and encouraging. I explained what my goals were with my credit. Lyle kept in contact with me for 3 months, and never was to aggressive. So far I have received great customer service from lyle calls me back anytime and also from the credit deletion, great service.
