First they tell you to write a survey on day one reason so many good reviews...second i was informed first payment is 30 days after I set up account. Not true in very small letters of what they tell you to sign says it will be day they send first set of papers out....then they say msg us whe. You receive any papers from collectors so I did and guess what I have tried through txt, email, from the website and will I get a response nope I sure haven't. Then I get and email stating only one month after setting up my account they decided to raise the price -_- I'm not even happy w the service I received yet but now have no choice but to pay more. SMH I'm just beyond upset at this point
