We recently had an invisible dog fence installed and was so impressed with the professionalism, communication, execution, training and follow-through by the owner, the installer, the trainer and everyone involved with Pet Stop. You can tell that customer service and quality are very important to them. We received a few estimates from other providers (some lower and some higher than Pet Stop) but we were so impressed with Jillian who came out to meet our dog and tell us about their product, their service and why we should choose them over the competition! It didn't sound like a sales pitch either. It sounded like someone who cared about dogs, who was passionate about her job and wanted to deliver the best possible product and service to our family! We had Pet Stop install underground fence at 2 locations. We worked with Jillian and she did a great job coordinating our install. She worked with us and explained everything we needed to know, arrived as scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We are very happy we selected them for our fencing.

Top notch company from the estimate to the install and our trainer Jillian is the best. Our Lab just loved her and she trained him as if he was her own.
