Pet Stop of Virginia

We had an underground fence installed with pet stop. Portions of our fence were buried no deeper than a couple of inches (as it was muddy when we had our fence installed) but we were not informed how shallow it was. We had some top soil placed in our yard, and the fence was damaged because of how shallow it was. However we were still charged a fee for them coming out to fix the fence, even after explaining the situation to the owner.

We had an underground pet fence installed. The installation was seamless and exactly what the described. Most of all the trainer Jillian helped our dog through the entire process. She showed up and worked with him until he was confident and not afraid anymore.
We are so happy that we worked with Pet Stop just the personal touch for our Fur Baby Charlie made all the difference. I would recommend without hesitation and already have several times.

Jillian was exceptional throughout the whole process from a quick return call on our quote, to following up with us to ensure everything.went as we expected, as well as a follow up after about a week just to make sure we were still happy and the dogs are staying within the boundaries and doing well with the settings. Jillian did a great job of working with Sadie and Gus providing excellent training to ensure our dogs are safe and understood the new boundaries. The trainings provided is what sets Jillian and this company apart from the others. Sadie and Gus have been roaming the yard for over a week now and we could not be happier with our decision.

This company is AMAZING!!! We met with Jillian and mapped out where we wanted everything. We told her what wanted our dogs to be able to do and why. Within 8 or 9 days, they installer, David, was there installing everything. What a great guy to work with. He explained what he was doing as he worked and helped me to understand things about the installation. He was done with 4 hours once he got to my house.
Jillian came out that afternoon and began training our dogs. Jillian is patient, kind, loves our dogs and got them acclimated quickly. We purchased the four day training package and it worked. Jillian is the “Dog Whisperer.” She is truly amazing with the dogs!

We have had a great experience with Pet Stop! They were very responsive and alys on time. Jillian was great with my 2 dogs & we were much more confident with their service since they included multiple training sessions with the dogs and collar adjustments we need (not just 1 session like most other companies.)
