Pet Stop of Virginia

It is rare that you purchase something that works exactly as promised, but my underground Pet Stop fence really does. The fence was installed in August for my new puppy and I was hopeful but skeptical at the same time. I waited several months to write a review just in case something went awry. Well, it hasn't. This fence has never failed, my puppy doesn't even consider crossing that line. Besides the fact that the product works as promised, the Pet Stop team are very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful all the way through, and even after your purchase! The trainer came and trained our puppy for as many times as it took for her to feel comfortable with his ability to stay within the boundaries and every person I've interacted with has been helpful and kind. l would HIGHLY recommend Pet Stop of Virginia. If I could give it extra stars I surely would.

Pet stop was timely, responsive, and professional. They came out to provide me with information and then promptly installed the fence AND trained our puppy on it. Jillian worked with our puppy in a very fun playful environment and our puppy had a fun time learning her boundaries. Jillian set up temptations to make sure our puppy understood and continued to provide lots of play and treats along the way. Now our puppy is staying in the yard perfectly and enjoying the entire yard, front and back. She is a happy pup! Thanks so much Jillian and pet stop!

I was skeptical about an invisible fence because of the experience we had with trying a DIY invisible fence with our husky many years ago. But, a neighbor had a good experience so we gave it a try on our new dog. It worked great. Jillian was great with training her on the fence. I really appreciated them using the lowest setting that would be effective. It did mean that the dog ran past the fence once, but Jillian came right back out and adjusted the fence. No escapes since. I would much rather go through the trial and error of finding the lowest effective setting then unnecessarily hurting the dog.
We used Pet Stop again a year later with our next dog and had a similar experience. Two years now and not a single escape. Neither of the dogs even try the fence now.

Expensive but timely, efficient and effective in finding and repairing the break in our invisible dog fence

This company, Pet Stop is awesome! Not only did they meticulously & professionally install my invisible dog fence, they also trained my two dogs for free! After the install and training, they came back out to make adjustments on the dog’s collars because one of them attempted to breach the wire barrier.
