Pet Stop of Virginia

PetStop is absolutely amazing! We had a Houdini on our hands that kept escaping our back yard. We tried everything and felt hopeless. Then we were told about PetStop. And let me tell you what… it has been the best decision we have ever made for our boy. We have a German Shepherd and he is a smart and very sweet boy, he just liked exploring a little too much for our liking. Now we can hangout in the back yard, front yard, really anywhere in our yard and he can be a free bird without the escaping part! 😂 We love PetStop and you should definitely use them for your fur babies!

Pet Stop of Virginia has become a family thing with us - 2 of our adult children live locally and ALL 3 of our families have our yards fenced in by Pet Stop - our dogs can go between our homes and are protected. It's awesome! And we have all experienced great customer service from Pet Stop. Highly recommend!

Great customer service I had 1 of 3 collars go bad they took care of it with the warranty . I had this system which I highly recommend if you have pets I had this system for 3 years never an issue just one of the collars went bad .

Jillian at PetStop (invisible fencing) provided phenomenal education for our puppy. She had him trained to the fence in 4 visits! She is patient and upbeat, very knowledgeable about dogs and training methods, and prompt with our appointments. I would encourage people that wish to have peace of mind in their dog’s safety to consider PetStop and Jillian as your trainer. Also David, the technician who checked our fencing and reapplied the flags (for fence line identification), was delightful.

I wish I could say that I'm thrilled, fantastic, in awe, and now I can. This review went from a one star to 5 stars for the fast acting and great customer serves I have gotten. I would give more stars if I could and maybe I can. Just look up at night and start counting the stars and that would be for them. I have to say that I'm very impressed with Tim and the fact that he responded back to me within about 10 minutes of my original review. The three transmitters that can not be repaired they are going to replace them for me. I have five very large Saint Bernard's and at $500.00 a collar I really could not have been able to replacing them since I feel that they never should have come apart and been able for a dog to get into the transmitter and be able to eat the components within. I think they should be replaced but, I'm assuming it would not happen and I would be out another...

We love the up-lighting on the front of our home. It looks elegant and professional. Tim installed the lighting in the rain to complete the job before the Thanksgiving holiday.
The pet stop system work great for Moose our golden retriever. We have the piece of mind that he can roam the property without worry.

Such a seamless experience with great results! Jillian & Amber did a wonderful job training our three dogs. I need to get more exercise since I no longer have to chase them down the street after they hopped our fence! Our dogs love the freedom to roam around the yard while we have peace of mind that they’re safe.
