That was Francisco Duarte and his team, who drove 4 hours (Fort Myers to Lake Mary) on several occasions, to complete our roof. Two years ago we had a new tile roof installed by Craftsman Roofs and recently discovered a small water spot on our kitchen ceiling. We called Craftsman Roofs and they were extremely prompt in inspecting the roof to discover a defect in one of the tiles. The problem was solved promptly and repaired at no cost. The professionalism, customer relations and the desire to make sure the customer was satisfied was paramount.
