I wasn’t going to leave a review but after multiple texts and emails asking for a review I’m a little annoyed. So here goes, I had the monthly service. I expected my house to be exceptionally clean when I got home. When I see fingerprints on my front glass door, dirty dishes in the sink, and dust behind my pictures I don’t like that. I know it states in their policies about not doing the dishes, but there were less than 10 items in the sink. Now they did cleanup after my pet, which I greatly appreciated that because they didn’t have to. They do have a 24 hr. policy if not satisfied but I shouldn’t have to tell a professional cleaning service how to clean. I just wasn’t getting the standard of service I was expecting for the amount of money I was spending.
