Cornerstone School of Summit

We had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone and would highly recommend it. We cannot be happier with both the learning environment and the caring, supportive approach. The school is incredibly well run, and the teaching staff is warm, dynamic, and super knowledgeable. We owe a debt of gratitude to everyone at Cornerstone.

Cornerstone provides a warm, caring environment while incorporating all of the latest child development research into an excellent curriculum. The teachers, assistants and the director are all wonderful, and the organized school administration is a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. The before and after care are fantastic, and so are the summer camps. Love the focus on social emotional development as well as on academics.
Optional after school programs, like science, yoga and acting on site are an added bonus.
Cannot recommend this school more highly!

It's the best preschool! My child looks forward to seeing her friends and teachers everyday at school. They are creative and make learning fun for the little ones.

I LOVE Cornerstone School of Summit for its dedication to a play based curriculum. It sets a love of learning in young minds which is an important foundation for life. The social and problem solving skills set a strong foundation for kindergarten and we couldn’t be happier with our choice for sending both of our children to Cornerstone!

I’ve had my two daughters at Cornerstones since mid last year and have been extremely happy with our experience. Both my girls have come along in leaps and bounds in confidence, managing their feelings and being capable. The teachers are wonderful and my children love to go to school, which makes leaving them every day so much easier.

Cornerstone is a great preschool program! They focus on play-based learning and on developing the underlying skills that are needed for children to grow and learn in K and beyond. My son is excited for school each and everyday!

The staff are incredibly professional and deeply connected to their mission of providing a safe, nurturing environment where little ones can develop and flourish. The teachers are highly communicative with the parents, and the overall vibe of the organization is one of empowerment and enrichment from the young hearts and minds to the families that they are a part of.

Our 5 year old is graduating this Spring, and will have been a Cornerstone pupil since she age 2.5 --- she not only learned foundational thinking skills in the "3 R's" (reading, writing, arithmetic) , but has clearly developed confidence to be independent and connected member of home life and the greater community.

We love Cornerstone. My daughter is so happy to go to school there every day. The teachers and staff truly care about the children. They implement the creative curriculum in an effective way; my daughter has learned so much and is never bored. Additionally, it's easy to communicate with teachers for feedback, and family involvement / visits to the classroom are encouraged. The before and aftercare options are an added bonus that is unique for preschools in this area. I continue to be impressed with the school and will be sending my younger one there next year.
