Dr. Zurek has been extremely helpful in the decrease of my lower back pain, hip pain and headaches. We often misjudge how much stress our body is under, and coming to Core Health & Spine has helped me to feel more connected to my body. Now that I know what my body is supposed to feel like, I will definitely start coming in more times to maintain my well being.

I’ve been to many chiropractors in my life from force to non-force, and everything in-between. The majority are what I’d call “wham bam” chiro’s where you’re in and out in 5 mins. I really am happy to have found Dr Zurek as he is the only chiro that I’ve come across who integrates the adjustment with some massage therapy and spends the necessary time with clients to see them get the full benefit of an adjustment.

Dr. Zureck has helped alleviate pain in my shoulders which has lasted me years and wasn't solved by 6 prior chiropractors and massage therapists. His careful and thorough attention to muscle therapy in each session, coupled with his suggested exercises and new physical self-awareness of my daily damaging habits, we are making immense progress in a surprisingly short amount of time. Huge relief!
