They ended up charging over double their estimate which I understand an estimate can change but there were several charges that I had Not been told about including a $700 heavy items fee?! WTH? My basement flooded. I called Cooper’s professional asking for a quote & availability due to my circumstances, they schedule me for a next day at 12 noon appointment. They arrived 15 minutes early they move all my things to a storage unit. I was very pleased with my experience they were awesome. I had a lot of stuff and lived on the 2nd floor.
