Canceled on me literally the morning of my son’s very first appointment - even though she has a 48 hour cancellation policy for patients - on my only day off to do it. My husband and I told her the very first appointment that it would be hard to schedule appointments because of our work schedule and she still showed absolutely no consideration. She didn’t even call me herself to apologize. She had her assistant call me. I realize kids get sick, but in this field - or any field where you are meeting clients - you should have contingency plans for stuff like this. Read more >
