Rarely do you find a company that gets a perfect score in every category! I called late on a Friday and got a nice human! We had a friendly chat about what was needed (power wash our two story home, vinyl fence and two car garage.) The price was very fair. We agreed and set a date of Tuesday. He sent a simple contract via text. Easy to read, understand and logical. I signed off on it. The system was flawless at every turn. Communication was clear, responsive and accurate. He communicated on Tuesday and said they would be there around the expected time and would call again when they were 20 minutes out.
