Dealing with Barbara Millikan our sales rep was a great experience, she is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. We were then transitioned to Dirk Munson who helped us map out our needs and made recommendations and took time to understand our operations. He was also awesome to work with. Finally Sage our installation technician came to our business, explained our system, installed and waited for the numbers to be ported from our old provider before he left. He too was extremely knowledgeable and professional. In all our interactions with Comtech, we were met with just the most caring and professional people. The team came out to meet us and test our current equipment. They were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly to our staff.
