Complete Environmental Solutions

Wonderful experience!!! After experiencing the level of care, competence and honesty of 2 other companies........ I must admitt that I ventured into this "relationship" with Complete Environmental Solutions (CES) very skeptically. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to switch because I was feeling as though I had been taken advantage of in the past (example-realized that a rescue motor was kept in my unit vs the new motor that was under warranty).
I feel the need to write this review because I am experiencing CES to be attentive, straightforward, honest and competent. I didn't think that was too much to ask. Plus as an added bonus they are extremely knowledgable dealing with large generators!!!

The service was excellent! Steve and Jennifer took the time to answer all of my questions and talk to me so I truly understood my ac problem. With the hot weather during summer, it's great to know I have an ac contractor I can trust! I will be sure to send everyone I know to their team all year not just summer emergencies.

We had a very uncomfortable experience this week with CES as it relates to invoices we were not told about and due to a service person who did not do a very good job of servicing our air conditioning unit and not giving us the customer service we were promised. The bottom line is that this issue is now behind us due to one person in their organization - Jennifer. Jennifer showed compassion, understanding and professionalism. We were minutes from canceling our service agreement when she came to our defense and voided out one of the the invoices in question. The reason we are continuing with CES at this point is because of her. Sure, things happen in business. We are in business, too and being straight forward is always our company philosophy. From the moment I called to the moment the Tech's left my house I was in great hands and felt comfortable every step of the way. I only called because they were so well reviewed online and I certainly wasn't disappointed. They lived up to their online reputation in every way possible and I hope my review helps others decide to call.

Great owner and staff! Really cared about my a/c problems. Gave me multiple options to fit within my budget. Did service quickly and professionally and cleaned up after themselves. CES has people who take pride in their work and care about the customer. I am now a customer for life and will recommend them to every person I know. Thanks for the great experience!

Our new A/C system works great! Installation went smoothly. Technicians and office staff (Jennifer) were friendly and very helpful. Owner Steve was responsive and knowledgeable of Carrier and Bryant equipment, which is what we were looking for, and made sure our equipment was installed properly. We will definitely recommend CES to our neighbors and any potential folks relocating to Florida as we did. It is comforting in this climate to know that this company takes great pride in their work and service and that should we have any problem with our new equipment they will be there for us.
