I had my first lawn cutting service yesterday. I don't remember the team lead's name, but he was friendly and accommodating. The team did a nice job and it was done quickly.

1. Lawn mowing - For the most part, lawn mowing has been acceptable. However, On June 28 it rained that morning yet they mowed the lawn resulting in damage - ruts in areas of bare spots.
2. Fertilization and weed control - Weed control was supposed to be included in fertilization, yet I saw no improvement in weed control. I have patches of weeds throughout my lawn.
3, Shrub trimming - I called customer service during working hours and requested a quote for hedge trimming. I was told someone would come out when they came to mow, however that did not happen. I contacted CLS again and Roberto came out the next day. He was very attentive and thorough duuring our discussion. He said he would provide me with an estimate via email. I'm waiting for the email.

originally they started off ok. there were communication problems to where they did not explain the billing worked and created confusion over payment. Once this was completed, they started mowing the lawn on a weekly basis but it honestly never really looked like a professional job. Having a yard with contours means that they needed to go slower but the crew literally ripped through the yard as fast as possible, in some cases tearing up the grass or leaving burn marks from the mower. I spoke with Carl (the owner) several times and albeit polite, he never came through on his promises of how to correct the issues. The conversations started with him saying that if I was not happy he guaranteed his work to the point where he would hire a competitor to now he has decided not to do business with him any more.
