First, I have no idea who my crew leader is because I haven't received an email in the past couple of weeks with his name. Second, I called earlier this week and then yesterday just after the crew left to report that a large strip of lawn on the south side of my property had not been mowed (neither yesterday nor last Thursday). Each time I've called, I've spoken with some outsourced customer service person who has no access to your company's records and has to painstakingly record every piece of information about me, my property, my contact info, etc. Last, on both of my calls I indicated that I'd like pricing for a number of additional services. I have yet to receive a follow-up.
