I have been working with Compass Cleaning Solutions since the beginning of this year and have been very satisfied with their service. They came out to our site multiple times to understand the processes and procedures of the site, along with understanding our needs. They have been accommodating, professional, and extremely kind throughout the entire process. I have really enjoyed working with them.

I highly recommend CCS. We are very pleased with every aspect from Sales, Customer Service, to the cleaning crew. Erin and Karla in customer service are on top of everything. They respond quickly to any issue or change needed at either of our two locations. (Phoenix & Scottsdale) They follow-up to make sure our expectations were met. Our cleaning crew are always courteous, reliable, and we receive consistent cleaning. They are professional, and a crew we can trust. Exemplary customer service! We have had a few different teams do our regular cleaning here at Vision Lynk but I must say that these 2 ladies are exceptional. Not that there was any problems with the other teams but with these ladies if you stand in one place to long you might get dusted also. Thanks for what you do it's a pleasure to have you helping us the way you do. hugs all around.

I have used them for a few years and the past year was the worst. I would ask them to stick to the contract and just clean what I pay them to clean and they keep missing things and tell me they will get it next time. I pay to have it all cleaned every time. what a joke and after giving them the notice three months before my contract renews they renew it anyways and tell me I never gave them the notice. KEEP all emails you send them because they with mess with you.
