This place is terrible!! Don't hire this company for cleaning services, they change their crew every month and that's because they steal other people's money, my wife and Friend invested 9000$ in their franchise program, it's been 2 months and they Haven't pay what they were supposed to pay in the agreement, we are looking to file a lawsuit against them, do not invest or hire this company you will regret it!!!!

Our office had used Compass Cleaning for just over a year. Like many others have stated, in the beginning Compass Cleaning was great. After being told 5 times that we either had to change our cleaning schedule (we are a medical office and have established patient care hours so this was not an option) or we had to get a new crew to clean because the present cleaning crew could no longer accommodate our agreed upon time of 7:00 a.m. Cleaning crews would not show up (even though we still had to pay for services), floors were mopped with dish soap, toilet paper was not being refilled, I could go on and on. We finally had to stop using their services. They did expect a month of payments despite the terminated services. They did send yet another invoice stating we owed even more money. Even our new cleaning services said the office looked like it had not been cleaned properly in months...

It is not too often that I review things, however I previously had given Compass Cleaning Solutions a 4.6 star, however in the years of service, I have watch a declination of superiority. I addressed an issue with the quality manager last week and the same issue still exists this morning. Not sure how hard it is to pull a trash can away from the wall and clean up trash or wipe the wall down that has had food on it for weeks.

Where should I star, can not follow instructions about cleaning, scratched my floors with their vacuum brush or lack of brush. Absolutely horrible
