We contracted Comfort Solutions to advise us on a geothermal heating system in a home we were under contract to purchase. Specifically,
we retained them to review the operation of the heating system, identify any service issues and, if required, advise us the required
maintenance or replacement costs (once we closed on the home). We had significant concerns with the status of the heating system and wanted an expert opinion for the inspection notification period

Two separate inspections were carried out by Comfort Solutions: the first on January 5 and the second on January 11. The technician failed to show up at the agreed appointment time on Monday, January 5. When we called CS to inquire about the delay, we learned the technician was running several hours late. Unfortunately, there was no attempt by CS to contact us about the delay -- we had to chase them...

We recently called Comfort solutions to schedule a service call for a hot tub. After a PREPAY of a 100.$ for a tech to come out. We scheduled a service call, a tech showed up as scheduled and checked it over and said that parts would need to be researched and quoted and that we would get a call the next day. We drained it the best we could, but it has to be functional to winterize it, Well! a week later WE called to try and follow up. We were told that they "couldn't find the parts (a pump) a courtesy call would have been nice!! we told them were soon facing very cold weather and that we needed to do something. We were told that they would come out the next day to winterize it for us. By the end of the next day they didn't show up as they had scheduled. we called..and asked if they were coming out. We were told that they ran out of time. Again a courtesy call would have been...

Had them come service my furnace and convert my new gas stove to propane. They service men told me and my husband that the bill would be reasonable, well I guess my reasonable and theirs are different. The bill was 998.00. At that point they told we needed to get a new furnace. Thank god my husband got a second opinion. Another company came looked and serviced our furnace and its working fine. Just had to call them ,having problems with burner on the stove burning to high and Cory the ownersaid that is going to be atleast 99.for them to come look
.Beware less than 6 months not standing by their work.

I really appreciate the great service I have received from Comfort Solutions for their work on my geothermal heat pump. I have used them twice and both times they sorted out the problem quickly, ordered in the parts and fixed it. The repairmen were both pleasant and efficient. They even researched the guarantee and used it when appropriate to replace parts that were covered. Thank You!
