I called Comfort Solutions 1st thing Monday morning because the fan on our central AC unit stopped running Sunday morning; it was another smoke-filled 95degF day. Cory called me back within the hour and said he would come over between 2 and 4pm. I was not expecting same day service without paying an "emergency" fee; there was no extra fee, he fit me into his schedule because he understood how warm our house was in this heat. He stated the base fee on the phone so it wouldn't be a surprise; I agreed to the fee. He showed up on time and was very professional. He identified the problem and replaced the broken component within 30min. He provided much information and answered all of my questions. His great customer service has made me a Comfort Solutions customer for all future needs!

Repair was quick and professional. Service was promised for Friday, he arrived a day early.
I had prior telephoned four AC repair services. Comfort Solutions was the only one to return my call. This is a good indication of who I will contact in the future. Thank You!!

They might have been good, prompt all those things in the past. But to simply get my filter changed on my furnace/air system now can't be scheduled for 6 weeks from now. Not as good as they were. I've been using them for all my furnace maintenance for 3 years now. Not anymore!

Over priced, they try to sell up for things you don't need. Mark up on parts is astronomical. I won't use their service again.

Had to wait a long time for the part as we have an older hot tub model. Comfort Solutions kept in contact with us. Shane was very good and apologetic. We appreciate all their patience and hard work in finding our part and replacing it.

Efficient and friendly! Our hot water heater quit working when we had a house full of company. It was caused by mineral build up in the tank. The Comfort Solutions team responded to our cries for help really quickly and got us back up and running the same day. They were very thorough, providing a water test to ensure we had the right equipment installed to keep our new water heater running for years to come. We ended up also buying a water filtration system to compliment what we had per their expert recommendation. Comfort Solutions is friendly and reliable and has earned our business for life!

They came in a total of three times and charged me close to $1000 and never fixed my furnace. After each service call the technician told me the problem was fixed but after a day or two the furnace would shut off again. I called in a different company after the third failed “fix” and this company figured out what the issue was after a few minutes and the problem never came back once they resolved it. I don’t recommend Comfort Solutions.
