The crew is great, on time, polite, very knowledgeable and when the heater broke they came right over to get it fixed. Snowstorm and all, I would recommend this company for great service . I got a brand new furnace, it is really good ! Five stars ⭐️

Expensive, 100s to service 2 heaters that took maybe 30min and I'm pretty sure just looked at and said fine. Asked for an estimate on something and took at least 2wks to even get that. Idk what expected 😕 but definitely expected more.

Highly recommend Comfort Solutions! We had a plumbing emergency and Jennifer was so helpful when I called the office first thing in the morning. Gene was able to come out right away, he diagnosed the problem and we formulated a game plan. Our issue took a couple of visits to completely resolve, as they had to order a specialized part, but Gene was able to stop the leak right away. He had the whole issue resolved much faster than we expected. We are thrilled with the final product and Gene is very skilled at his trade. Everyone we worked with was so nice and treated us like family, they really do care about their customers. Thank you Comfort Solutions team, we appreciate your hard work!

This is the second time we used comfort solutions our hot water heater stopped heating water called talked to Kory he said he would try to get tech to come out Kory called back three times us know the status of the tech when the tech arrived his name was Gene very friendly and he fixed the problem very fast smell of the best customer service out there not like some of the other companies in the bitteroot

You win me over when you could check the leak in our master bath the same day I called. Gene educated me, got the proper replacement and completed the repair thoroughly and quickly.
