Very responsive and professional. Clearly explained what the issue was and how to fix it. Told me what the cost was upfront and left me with no surprises. The best part is our A/C is working great.

We have used this company before and Gene is very professional and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to make sure everything is working before he will quit.

Showed up without any tools. Confirmed that my tub was leaking. Why a called them. Then told me it was too hard for them, even though they couldn’t even tell here it was leaking from. Worst plumbers I have ran into in 50 years.

Excellent company! Very responsive, Knowledgeable staff and technicians. Effortless replacement of our HVAC system. I highly recommend their service. This has been a great company to work with and they were very professional!

Very sub par work. Won’t get on roof to finish their venting. Very poor communication, they charge 175 an hour and have a mandatory 2 person per job regardless if it’s a one man job or not most expensive company in town and they aren’t worth even half of that. Save your money and get a much better job from any of the other plumbing companies in town.

Gene did a fabulous job. I called regarding a hot water heater leak and Gene came out immediately, assessed the problem and had it fixed the next day. Had to order a new heater, which arrived that afternoon. He was back out the next morning. He went the extra mile and I highly recommend him and Comfort Solutions. We were extremely satisfied.

I would not recommend Comfort Solutions. After spending A LOT of money on repairing a water heater, I ended up having to replace the water heater. I spent as much on the unnecessary repairs as I did replacing it. I basically paid for two water heater replacements when it was said and done. I requested a call from the owner on multiple occasions which, 60 days later, has still not happened. I am very disappointed. I didn't want to argue my bill and was very clear about that. I just wanted to express some frustration and what I thought was more judgement on the tech's part that came out. Still no phone call. Jennifer in the office was always helpful and professional but I would not recommend. We ended up using another company for the replacement because I didn't trust Comfort Solutions any longer.
