I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cory and his team. My original person fell through, so they so kindly came up to install my fireplace BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS! They were so kind and helpful. Squeezed me in during a busy time. They truly made the holidays great for my family. Our furnace was completely nonfunctional and before the day was over, Kory came to our house and repaired the furnace. It now works better than ever before! Never have we seen a company so very proactive and effective! We cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service and results!

Kory and his team replaced my heater quickly and efficiently. It is working great. I'm totally pleased with their service as well. Very responsive when I've had issues in the past, both for heating and air-conditioning.

I want thank Comfort Solutions, Cory for a job well done. We not only had an emergency water leak, but it ended up being two leaks. He gave a quote before he knew about the second leak but didn't even charge us more. Very dependable, fair prices and took care of us on a Saturday.

Cannot say ENOUGH today about our experience with Comfort Solutions. Furnace went out on Tuesday, called them, the owner actually answered the phone rather than an answering machine. They were at our house within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part. They installed it Wednesday (less than 24 hours later) and the furnace is working PERFECTLY! Not only that, but they crawled up in the attic and checked everything else with the furnace including the roof exhaust! Both of the men were amazing and answered a million questions from me. The night before the owner called to reassure me the part was in. Kory asked if we had plenty of space heaters and offered to drop off some if we needed them. He was reassuring and calming too, and it's a bonus they were not condescending in any way. ALSO...I knew what the bill would be in advance and they are EXTREMELY reasonable! I...

We have used Comfort Solutions for 3+ years and have been satisfied with the work they have done for us. We have had multiple problems with the boiler system in the house we purchased in Florence and we had problems finding someone to work on it. When we called Kory at Comfort Solutions, he responded the following day and began working on the problems. The guys are here when they are scheduled, do the work promptly and efficiently, and keep us updated regarding progress.
