Shaine came out and solved a tough problem on my heater while not only fixing it but performing a root cause analysis that addressed the reason it failed in the first place. We have used Comfort Solutions several times. They installed our air conditioning unit, gas heater, as well as servicing our furnace when it was malfunctioning. They also installed the plumbing and fixtures in a new bathroom addition to our house. The entire team is friendly, professional, and courteous. They complete projects in a timely manner. Comfort Solutions is our go to company for all of our heating and plumbing needs.

Comfort Solutions has been awesome to work with. I have had trouble with my 2 gas fireplaces for years and finally, after having Comfort Solutions out, they are working perfectly. I have been working out of state and had to coordinate the service call long distance and I couldn't be there when the work was scheduled. Kory's team was on site when they said they would be, did the work and I never even knew they were there when I got home on the weekend....except that everything was working they way it was suppose to. After calling several other plumbers with no return call, Comfort Solutions came to the rescue! My hot water heater was old and leaking and damaged the floor in my mobile home. I have found many service industries in the Bitterroot will not help a mobile home owner. Kory sent out Shane and Ben and they were great! They were polite, professional and efficient! Heck even my dog who is scared of men welcomed these two into our home! They took the utmost care to not track in snow or mud. They repaired the floor, installed the heater and we are good to go! I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Good work but pricey for the work done!!

Our furnace went out overnight so we called Comfort Solutions in Thompson Falls. Shain was here shortly after noon and fixed it right away. We are warm and happy not. He also fixed the access door. Would recommend them to anyone.
