Was told insurance was in network started the
Work came back for permanent crowns that were done now I'm told additional fees we're needed to complete to work insurance not in network
This is something it should have been told up front
When dental office call to make sure I was in network they were told they were no longer in my network instead of telling me they started the process anyway

Dr. Rowe and his staff are amazing. No one like to go to the dentist but I am sure glad I found Dr. Rowe. I literally was falling asleep when he did my root canal. I couldn't have found a better dentist. He is the only dentist I will trust with my dental care.

1st vist was impressive....Mayette greetings are very welcoming. Maria the hygenist was very good at making me feel relaxed. she cleaned my teeth and I did not feel any pain (like that)....When I met the doc, Dr. Rowe, it was like he had been my dentist for sometime. I think that this office was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 2nd visit coming up next month....

Just left comfort family dental today for my cleaning, My family and I have been coming for about 2 years and every experience have always been a good one. They always take care of us, very professional and personable. Brenda always does my cleaning and she’s amazing. Especially when it comes to my 4yo she always makes him feel comfortable, she jokes with him...she’s his favorite. Doctor Rowe is the best, he takes his time, he gets to know you and walk you through anything that needs to be done, and I have to add his has quite the sense of humor lol. I recommend anyone to come here I promise you won’t be let down.

Extremely unprofessional. I went to get a cleaning and x rays done. I wanted to get my cavities filled at another dentist so I asked to get my x rays sent to the other dentist. They never got sent over so I called and asked for them to get sent to me and they said they couldn’t because they couldn’t verify who I was instead of asking me personal information like my birthday, or address they told me to take the time out of my schedule to go out of my way and pick them up. I went to pick them up on Saturday October 5th at 10:30am, called twice before going, my call never got answered and after going up there they were not opened when they are supposed to be open on Saturday's from 9am-2pm. I will never be going here again.
