Comfort Family Dental

To keep it short, I scheduled my child for an evening appointment and was greeted by front office staff not wearing masks and was told by receptionist they don't wipe down lobby seats. When I asked about mask wearing, which is law in illinois, I was ignored. I chose to wait in my car with my baby to speak to the dentist/ owner. I was locked out and they turned the phones off. He ignored my request to speak for a week and when I finally got him on the phone, he tried explaining to me why his staff didn't need to wear masks.

Update: The owner responded and is still lying. I dont need to hear much or say much. The truth is the truth. He had less to say over the phone. My child or family won't be back. Masks are mandated and they were not wearing them.

I always recommend this place. it is comfortable and friendly and you'll be 😊 when you leave and look forward to going back

My husband recently needed an emergency dental visit and Dr. Rowe and the Comfort Family Dental team were able to quickly accommodate our needs. My husband does have some anxiety when it comes to dentist, however from consultation to treatment Dr. Rowe did an excellent job diffusing my husband anxiety and completing a painless procedure. My husband was happy with his results and will be returning for follow up recommendations.

First, the office smells nice, but it’s strong, overbearing and will give you a headache if you’re waiting for a while. Second, he only have one assistant for orthodontics and she’s rough in your mouth! If you need to speak with the orthodontist (Dr. Rowe) good luck, because they’ll tell you he’s with another patient. (Who am I an outsider?) If you complain or have a problem with a service or about a staff member, they’ll start to treat you funny every time you come to an appointment (I feel the tension every time they see me). I switched dentists, because I had that choice, as far as orthodontic work, I can’t wait to be done. Never will I ever refer anyone here.

Great place and great people. I haven't been to the dentist in years, I am so grateful that I found this place. They will treat you with respect and sensitivity.

I can’t say enough great things about comfort family dental. Dr. Rowe is an amazing dentist who is an expert at his craft, while also being a great listener and very personable. His staff is awesome....from the dental hygienist to the receptionist, everyone is warm, welcoming and very professional. He is also great with kids as my two children now look forward to seeing their dentist. I trust my family’s dental care with comfort family dental.

My son and I had the most pleasant experience at Comfort Family Dental yesterday. The office staff was very professional and nice! Dr. Rowe was very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly (even explained the possible care my son may need due to his enlarged tonsils). Dr. Rowe did not rush us, and he made sure we didn't have any other questions before he left the room. Also, he is VERY reasonable!!! I will recommend him to everyone who need dental care. Best dentist I've come across!!!!
