I seldom write reviews, but I felt the need to this time. My family has been coming to this dental office for years, and the level of service used to be great. However, the last couple of times something has changed. My most recent encounter with them has prompted me to find another dental office altogether. I called to schedule my children appointments. The appointments were scheduled over a month out. That was a little irritating, but with Covid and everything else going on, I accepted that. But then a week before my kid's appointment. I get a message from them telling me I need to reschedule, apparently they won't be in the office that afternoon. So I call back to reschedule, they wanted to give me an appointment almost 2 months out!!! Are you kidding me?!!? I didn't cancel my appointment, they did. LOVED Comfort Family Dental

Dr. Rowe is friendly and an amazing dentist. The office is extremely clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. My teenage daughter had her braces done here and we absolutely love the results. If you're in the market for a new dentist, Comfort Family Dental is a wonderful option!

Only been there once so far but I hope the service gets better. I thought asking for payment before services was tacky, also it took thirty five minutes for the young lady to figure out how to do the X-ray.I’m willing to give them another try , the hygienist seemed to be on point and that was good.
