This company is awesome! I had them come out for my tattoo shop and needed a few things done quickly. They were professional, timely, and very nice on the phone. The prices were great, for all the services they provided, they were cheaper than what I have been quoted for my own home services from other companies. I will use Comfort Experts for both business and home needs from now on.

On time, at the price quoted, and no trying to up size for unneeded maintenance. Can't beat that! I will definitely use them again for check-ups
and any maintenance issues.

We purchased 3 HVAC units from Comfort Experts 3 years ago, we had a good experience at that time, but it all changed this year unfortunately. One of the AC units quit working when my husband was out of town. I went through several problem-solving steps myself to narrow down the issues which I provided to the tech. He fixed the issues in less than an hour (as documented by the receipt). Oddly, he said he had to ask the owner how much to charge, then informed me the labor charge was $590 (part was under warranty). I questioned how less than an hour of work was $590 (which included a $70 service fee) and questioned why he'd have to ask the owner how much to charge (as there should be an hourly labor rate). He tried to position it as a positive that he was effective and efficient. He also stated that if the part hadn't been under warranty that the charge would be around $1,100. I asked...

Timely communication and arrival, very professional and experts in what they do. Highly recommended; didn't feel pressured by any extended/recurring maintenance plans, and felt like I got a very truthful assessment, no upselling. Looking forward to working with Comfort Experts again in the future!

On Friday afternoon our a/c stopped and gave an error message… others were able to come Saturday or Monday for an up charge, Comfort Experts came over and had us cool before our dinner company arrived! How great is that?!!! Respectful, and kept everything clean. Thank you for a great service!

Got home at 6:30pm, AC was out, called Comfort and set an appointment for the morning at 10am, Tom called me at 9:15 saying he was on the way. Got here and done by 10:15am. Excellent Service!

First the $69 flat inspection/ diagnostic fee got me interested. Then Chris the HVAC tech was so down to earth & personable. Finally the ease of payment ( deposit, balance) & excellent service (good/news, choices) convinced me Comfort Experts was the best choice for me.

The service was great and I will use again
