We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, "I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC" which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

Called Ryan at 8pm and he was here at 7am the next morning. He spent 40 minutes troubleshooting the problem to find out an electrician had shut off a switch in the attic. He didn't charge me a dime for his service. He's the only AC/heating guy I'll ever use now.
