Punctual, honest and didnt try to upsell. I first called just asking for maintenance on my unit. Once the tech arrived (early!) he asked some initial questions and then took a look at my unit. He came in and explained exactly what was wrong with unit, and what he believed would fix it. He took the time to explain what each part did and then what he thought would be the best course of action.We ended up forgoing the fix and asked for a quote for a new unit.
After getting multiple quotes for similar units we found Comfort to be the best price out there. They were ready to install the following morning and were on time.
They worked fast and left no mess behind, they took the time to explain to us how to work our new thermostat and answered any questions we had. You couldnt tell they were here by the time they were done. They were...

We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.
