With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. Ryan came out the same day I called. He thoroughly checked out our HVAC system and explained what he was doing and why. He was very professional and personable. I will definitely call them again.

Thanks Ryan for your quick response to our AC outage and that you came to look at the unit within 30 minutes at the end of the work day. Our system is an old park model and we know it will need replacement at some point in the not-too-distant future. Ryan was wonderful. Of course my AC Quit on a Saturday afternoon when it was 111 degrees. Ryan was here in less than 2 hrs and had it
up and running very quickly. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and solution that was easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or Hesting work.

After calling several other companies who were unavailable, Ryan was able to come out within about a hour of calling. He was able to tell me the problem very quickly and fix our AC in an hour. I chose Comfort Experts because of prior reviews, and now I know why they are so favorable. I called expecting service later in the week, but Ryan answered immediately and Jeremy was at my house within an hour. Jeremy was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He told me all my options, the price for the extent of work that needed to be done was fair, and my home is now cold again! I would use Comfort Experts again and will happily recommend them to others.

Does not sell you unnecessary parts and service. Gives good advice on problems and routine maintenance.

We worked with Ryan M one of the owners and he was very professional, quick to respond and explained everything to us. We had numerous quotes for new AC units and ended up choosing comfort experts as we felt they had excellent experience and reviews, rapport was top notch and their availability was very quick! We are so happy we went with them for our new units they took care of everything and had it all done in 2 short days.
