Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my issues with my current AC unit. For context, my room in a casita is running on a mini split ductless air unit that stopped generating cool air. Jeremy came out to check it out, found a few issues and recommended that the unit be replaced. Since it’s a rental, and with consent from my landlord, Jeremy offered a short-term fix for the unit until I move out, was super responsive and was quick to repair the unit while he was here. He even offered to collect pricing and availability in the event my landlord needed to replace the entire unit in the future. Overall satisfied and very happy to have a working AC in these hot summers!

I used this company about 2 years ago when I was having problems with my AC unit. I was so impressed, not only did they fix the problem, they found that one of the parts that needed to be replaced was still under warranty, and saved me a ton of money. Had them come out again today to do maintenance. These are nice people who listen, seem honest, & are professional. When they leave I feel satisfied & not taken advantage of. They are my go-to AC company. I've even referred them to family and friends. Don't hesitate to call.
