Saturday afternoon at 3:00 my AC went out just as temperatures were rising.
I messaged foe service on the Yelp app and they not only responded quickly but sent someone out within the hours.
The price was reasonable and the air was on and cooling with it 1 hour.
We will be using them moving forward!

Tech came out to troubleshoot a bad capacitor, he told me my compressor on my 4 year old unit was bad as well, Tried to get me to pay $1900 on the spot to get parts ordered to replace it. We declined and got another opinion to find out there is nothing wrong with the our unit, air is still blowing cold and no issues. Luckily we did our sue diligence and save $1900.00.

This A/C company was amazing. They provided same day service by sending out a tech within a half hour timeframe. I was surprised to hear they could send someone so soon regardless of how late in the evening they received my call. At the time, I was dealing with a company who told me the quickest they could schedule someone to come out to repair my unit was 2-3 weeks out. The tech Comfort Experts sent out was Marc who was not only professional but friendly, and informative. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail. I know that in the future, this A/C business would definitely be on my phone contacts for any future A/C issues.

We have had Comfort Experts install a total of four HVAC units for us in the two houses where we've lived. We got six quotes for the first job, including some from the biggest names in the valley. The sales process was zero pressure, zero creepy "sales" tactics, just good information. In the end, nobody offered nearly as reasonable a price for as quality equipment as these guys. When it came time do do the two day install, Jeremy and the crew showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and got the jobs done as promised. We even had a small issue with one of the units a few weeks after install which was resolved quickly and without hassle. When you're making such a large investment, you really need to know you're getting a good value from a good company. That's what these guys deliver. Highly recommend.
