I can't say enough positive things about Comfort Experts and the experience we had with them while replacing two HVAC systems on our home. We experienced a 4 ton downstairs unit compressor failure and Comfort Experts was able to work with us quickly to get someone out to provide a quote and to do the actual install. Once we contacted Comfort Experts, they had someone out to quote the replacement within a couple of hours of our original call. Jeremy was the rep who came out to our house to look at the system, assess our needs, and recommend a replacement system. Jeremy did an incredible job asking questions regarding our home and our plans for living there. He asked if there were hot/cold spots in the house, how long we intended to live there, what our average electrical bills were, etc. He used this information to provide us with some options on replacing our system that would...

We hired this company to consult on the issue of why there were warm spots in our home. They recommended sensors and required us to buy three new thermostats. They installed the thermostats and now the entire house is warm. We spent time on the phone with customer service of the thermostat provider and they said the install was done wrong. We are out thousands of dollars and the house is no longer cooling. They are also unresponsive. Today is Memorial Day but it is summer in arizona. You would think an ac company would understand that AC isn’t optional, especially on holidays. Very disappointing. Our AC worked before we let this company charge us money to ruin our system.
