I called for a tuneup on my Heater, Comfort Experts sent a tech promptly. Ted was called to let me know what time he was arriving and completed a thorough systems inspection in a timely manner.

Very professional and informative.

Arrived on time. Did good job of servicing my heat pump. Found a bad start capacitor which he replaced. Time to replace less than 15 minutes. Charged over $400 dollars for just replacing the capacitor. Looking on line I find the exact capacitor retails for under $60. I would guess their whole cost to be half that. Pretty bad when a senior citizen gets that screwed over on labor since I had already paid $50 for the service trip. Would not recommend any repairs by them. Let them do their $49 special tune up and find an ethical outfit for repairs.

Updating my review. Still 5 stars to Comfort Experts and this time Ted was our tech. He has been here before and we know we will get 5 star service. As usual, he was prompt, courteous and professional. Everything checked out fine on our unit and the checkup fee was very reasonable. So glad we are Comfort Expert customers.
