Great experience! I panicked when I got home from work and it was almost 90 degrees in my house!! It was already 6pm so I thought we were going to have a very warm night… I found Comfort Experts and they were at my house within the hour! I can't say enough positive things about Comfort Experts and the experience we had with them while replacing two HVAC systems on our home. We experienced a 4 ton downstairs unit compressor failure and Comfort Experts was able to work with us quickly to get someone out to provide a quote and to do the actual install. Once we contacted Comfort Experts, they had someone out to quote the replacement within a couple of hours of our original call. Jeremy was the rep who came out to our house to look at the system, assess our needs, and recommend a replacement system. Jeremy did an incredible job asking questions regarding our home and our plans for living there. He asked if there were hot/cold spots in the house, how long we intended to live there, what our average electrical bills were, taking measurements in the attic, etc. He used this information to provide us with some options on...

David and Chris were the primary technicians who worked on replacing a 4 ton and a 2 ton system at our home. Our 4 ton downstairs unit compressor had failed, and Comfort Experts was able to work with us quickly to get someone out to provide a quote and to do the actual install. Once we contacted Comfort Experts, they had someone out to quote the replacement within a couple of hours of our original call. After electing to move forward, they had parts ordered and were able to start the replacement process within a day and a half. I reached out to Comfort Experts because my HVAC unit had to be replaced. They were 1 of 4 HVAC companies in the Gilbert, AZ area I reached out to for a quote. Out of all of them, Jeremy by far was a standout in terms of his communication style and responsiveness. They also gave a competitive price compared to others. I decided to go with them and I’m glad that I did.
