Everyone was on time and polite. Dakota was honest and didn't try to force me to buy something I didnt need. David and Chris did a great job with installing my new unit. They answered all my questions and some things I didn't think to ask.

We had a new unit installed a few years ago, when we were searching for the best company we chose to go with comfort experts because they were the only company who wasn't trying to upsell us. They installed same week and we've had peace of mind for a few years now.

We've always received great service no matter what issue we have. Like 2 months after install and our thermostat had a weird error message pop up, I called and asked if they knew why it was happening, they didn't so they came out to check just in case, it was a manufacturer issue with the thermostat and while some companies would tell us to contact the thermostat manufacturer, not comfort expert, they were the middle men and fixed it for us.
