I was able to get an appointment same day on a Friday which was greatly appreciated especially when it is 111 degrees outside. Our A/C stopped cooling the night before. We were quoted between 4p-8p that day and Jeremy arrived by 4:30p and gave us a call 30 mins before he arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix the issue quickly. He checked the whole unit as a precaution for any other issues.
